I think "to fifty-fifty go" would be a split infinitive. I don't see how the others are. The adverb "splitting" the marker "to" and the infinite verb is missing. To angrily divorce, to vindictively shatter,to hurriedly pull up stakes are split infinitives.

If the end of the clue for 37 across was "are?" instead of "is?" I would get it. They are infinitives and they are separated from each other.

Sorry, "and 60- Across is?" would be better still.

There are no "split infinitives", there are only "infinitive" synonyms for the word "SPLIT".

Admittedly confusing...

Nevermind. I get it now. Duh!
